I ordered casings on January 19, and have yet to receive them. I called customer service and they said she would call Fed Ex and have them call me, which they have not. I have not received an notifications as to what is going on
The gentleman that is always in the Buffalo store has been always the best customer service representative I’ve ever met. I believe his name is Moe. He is knowledgeable, friendly and never pushy. Highly recommend him And the Sausage Maker’s.
this place has almost everything I need at great prices . if they ever need a promoter live on Facebook they can always ask me to show off anything. it's hard for me not to spend alot more than I planned thanks to the great supply and prices .
