I've been trying to place an order. I called Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Still waiting for a call back. I think you need to have customer service actually answer the phone so people can place an order. in the past I've been very happy with your company and even gave friends your catalog and told them what a great company you are but obviously something has changed and not for the better!
He had the part I needed for my sausage stuffer in stock and I was able to pick it up the same day
I have purchased from Sausage Maker several times without incident, and now I can't get them to ship my order, communicate with me and I need the products I purchased. Not sure what is happening with them. they used to be such a trusted company
