RecommendedHave a good time every time I go to the Sausage Maker - Buffalo and Big Flats locations. Everyone is very helpful.
I ordered sausage casings 171010 and was sent 171410 instead, tried to call but got remote reception instead twice. Seemingly they only work 8.30-12 1-4. I suggest working Ionger hours more efficiently. Told it would take days to get back to me. Tried messaging on Face book, no answer. Really disappointed that they messed up my order and their customer service is a shambles. No sausages for Christmas breakfast because of your poor service.
Items arrived within two days. Everything was received as expected. No complaints at all.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a problem with a shipment I received and I've called to only get a "call center" they state they will send a message to The Sausage Maker and have them call me back. I have called several days and emailed. No one will return my call to fix their mistake. This is ridiculous, they sure didn't have a problem taking my money. I will never order form them again.
Don't even try to contact customer service. Evidently the porch light is on but nobody's home.
Hands down the best spices for making your own brisket and rib rubs. Their 5 lb stuffer has been very handy in our kitchen.
I have been getting my supplies from the sausage maker for a few years now ,.always good service and good supplies <>
