Horrible experience!! Placed my order November 19th. I was not notified the product I order was out of stock. I had to contact the company numerous times about my order, it is now January 2021 and I still haven’t received my item after it coming back into stock and the money being taking from my account. They do not get back to emails!
I ordered a 30 lb smoker on December 8 and was told they were out of stock but they were building more as we spook and I should get it in 2 to 3 weeks, well today was 3 weeks so I called to see when it would be shipping and was told they aren’t even going to start building them until the middle of January so now it will be another 3 to for weeks.I was asked why no one called to let me know about this and they could not answer that. What kind of customer service is that

I have waiting over one month and didn't receive my order. I tried reaching out to customer service to help solve this issue but didn't receive any response from them. I have opened a case on PayPal to received my money back. I will not use this services again and will not recommend it to anyone else.
Don’t ever order from here ordered on the 11-16 and they can’t even tell me if they sent it out. Have been emailing and chatting with them. This company needs to be held accountable for lost of customers
Ordered on a Wednesday, told shipping should take about 2days. Friday had no email saying it had shipped. I was told that they couldn’t guarantee shipping times...Tuesday the next week still had no emails from them, I called to cancel and was told I couldn’t cancel without finding out where the order status was and that I would get a call back... frustrated. My payment was processed the day of order.
