I've had a really odd experience with this company so far. I had been trying to organise a window survey for a number of weeks only to have one appointment cancelled due to their workload (reasonable enough). On the next appointment date, they failed to show up. I don't know what to make of them at this stage. I've had no acknowledgement of the voicemail left while waiting for my appointment. Had three double glazed sash and case windows made and fitted to replace the old single glazing. Pleased with the experience from start to finish. All of the team were professional and lovely to deal with, and the windows look fantastic. Big thank you to all involved!

Brilliant experience from start to finish. We had work done on all our windows and some new double glazing installed. The quality of work was excellent and the whole team were so helpful and really careful to minimise any dust and clean up also, which was much appreciated. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Really conscientious work from Mark the painter also. Would happily recommend!
