I have just taken some contributions to this centre for the second time. I have been met twice with a negative attitude. A few manners and a warmer welcome would better. The two guys that came to take away some furniture a few days ago were absolutely professional and cheerful. What a contrast.
Nice shop they do some really nice things
What a strange place! The place is clearly marked as a "Donation Centre", yet when I went in to donate, the man behind the counter looked and sounded as if he was being inconvenienced! Perhaps a bit of training about what a donation centre for a charity is all about is well over due. I shan't be visiting again
