Me, my mum and daughter have been visiting weekly for over 2 years now, my daughter was a baby when we started and my mum had severe asthma. I have two older children that suffered with mild asthma when they was young, this has been a game changer for us. One thing I can guarantee is a fantastic warm welcome from Alina; the owner. If you’ve hit the review page you e probably found a couple of these places and want to know what is what. I chose this one first as it was the closest to my house, with the mind that I would then try the next closest and then compare and decide where I would stick with going to. The Salt room has made such a difference to my asthma, I have barely used my ventolin inhaler since coming. Alina is so welcoming every week and accommodating with changes If you need help with your asthma you MUST try the Salt Rooms
Tranquil and good for the soul. Therapeutic & clean. Open to everyone, beneficial to all. I can’t favour this enough and I recommend it to everyone.
I’ve been attending The Salt Kingdom family session for over a year now. It’s a lovely place, my boys love to play there and the salt therapy itself has always been helpful when they were unwell, especially with cough and cold symptoms. Would definitely recommend!
