I recently had my rug cleaned by the Rutland cleaning company I only purchased it in November and it cost me £425 I had it cleaned this month and all the fluff has gone from the rug it has a funny smell to it from how it’s been cleaned and also how the man has cleaned it it’s got dirt marks underneath this was white and spotless with being brand new so how’s it’s been handled he’s managed to get underneath dirty when underneath was clean when it was collected he’s also handled it and creased it by not folding it properly and... read more
Booked to clean living room, dining room and hallway carpets. Operator arrived and left within 35 minutes including having a coffee. Charged £150 for 30 mins work. Complained to the owner and told you pay for the service not the time. How do you clean 3 rooms thoroughly in 30 minutes. Would not recommend.
