Definitely 5 * from me. From the initial quotation visit to the end of the installation Charlie was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with good advice. Excellent and prompt communication. The price was fair and everything went very smoothly with the fitting - thanks to Charlie and his Dad and brother. They fitted Amtico LVT to a large attic conversion with some very dodgy floor boards - the final finish is excellent and looks great. I can not recommend Charlie enough. From the very first interaction, he was both professional and friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect flooring. Sending numerous pictures and creative ideas to guide my decision. READ THIS REVIEW If you are considering using Charlie for a job, then I would suggest that you do not hesitate. Why? 1) Charlie has exceptional attention to detail and really knows his craft. He doesn't just lay a floor, he will know exactly what subfloor prep is needed to ensure your floor will last a long time.
