Paula of RTR left my 67 year old disabled mum, also with rheumatoid arthritis without heating today after being notified mid morning by one of their contractors there was no heating, and Paula calls back at 4:30pm to tell my mum she is fine without heating till Monday ( could be longer ) We are now 22 days into a “10Day project” so they said and still incomplete and now no heating for 3rd time during this time. After an awful experience with another company, for an emergency home assistance. I was handed over to RTR Group. From the first phone call i felt assured with Dan, professional friendly helpful understanding, knowledgeable caring. He arranged for one of his work colleges to attend my property. Even though i was late returning, he waited for me.
