Wonderful atmosphere!
The dermatology department had me waiting for nearly an hour and did not inform me or apologise for the wait. I had to ask and when I did I was just told “not yet, she’s having problems logging on to the computer” she didn’t even know why I was there, really?! No notes or nothing. I’m sorry but that’s not good enough because if I was late due to transport, they’d be quick to say “the doctor can’t see you as you’re late”.
