Ordered for the first time for valentine's day. Expensive as expected and roses were nice but bouquet felt relatively low effort and basic despite additional instructions provided. Delivery was prompt and as agreed.

Received a hand tied bouquet today. A birthday gift from my niece & partner. They were beautifully fresh & arranged by Liz. I would definitely use this florist in the future.

I ordered 2 sprays of white and green foliage flowers to collect at 9am sharp as we had to leave Stoke as early as possible to attend a funeral in Liverpool that morning. When I arrived at the Rose Bowl, I struggled to get into the front entrance and had to knock to attract the assistant's attention as the shop seemed to be closed. I was informed that the door was just stiff and would not open properly. I want to thank The Rose Bowl for doing our flowers for our wedding day. When they arrived in the morning I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful they were - they really captured exactly what I was looking for and the colours were perfect! I could not have been more pleased with the result and kept getting comments all day saying how gorgeous they were. Thank you so much!
