Heard that Sandy Blake is in the house now. That is reason enough to come to the Root. She is great.
Absolutely awesome food. Very unique menu items. Knowledgeable wait staff. I can say this place is my new favorite. Can't wait to try different selection next visit which will be quite soon.

First of all, I don't know why it took me so long to visit the Root. First impression: loved the decor! It kept getting better and better. Very friendly and accommodating hostesses. Our server Ryan was very friendly, very knowledgeable and just wonderful. Brittany, the wine specialist, was just as wonderful. Chef Nick is beyond amazing. Service and food were excellent. We had brunch and it was our friends anniversary the staff provided us with a champagne toast and dessert. Everything was top notch! Cheers to the Root and staff.
