I've stayed at 3 different housing complexes in Rexburg, and the Roost is by far the best. The management is phenomenal, the ward is friendly and full of fun, down to earth individuals, and the apartments themselves are well designed and just the right amount of living space for you and your roommates. All the appliances are new, and management is quick to solve an issue if one arises.
