The Roost is awesome! I signed a contract not really knowing what to expect but it has really impressed me! The apartments are great, managers are fantastic, and it really brings a friendly, homelike feeling to a college living experience.
Love this place. I will probably live here until I graduate or get married, whichever comes first. ;) The men's and women's buildings are one ward, so you really feel like you get to know them quickly and have a sense of belonging and a true ward family. Great managers, great ward and social atmosphere, beautiful rooms, all for a pretty low cost, makes this a really great place to live.
Best place I have ever lived except home. I love it here. Excellent manager and roommates. :)
