RecommendedI’ve been at the Roost since it opened and I don’t want to leave! The residents and managers are absolutely amazing! The apartment is lovely and in great condition. It’s hard to find such a good apartment for this price in Rexburg, so I would highly recommend it to anyone.
One of the best apartments I have ever lived in! The manager Briannah is fantastic and truly cares about the students. She is always willing to help! The Roost is clean which is huge for me since I used to live in an apartment that would always have hair in the carpet no matter how much you vacuumed. They also has great amenities, like a washer and dryer in each unit. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone!!
The roost is a great place to live. The ward is fun and bishopric is so awesome. I love how friendly and nice the people here are and the management is the best I've ever seen.
Living at The Roost for the past two semesters has been the most amazing experience. If I wasn't getting married soon, I'd stay here forever. The management is so welcoming and easy to work with, and the people here are so sweet. Love living here! There’s such a nice and friendly environment here and the Manager makes a world of difference. The apartments are nice for the price and Kelly is the kindest manager I know. She genuinely cares for us all.
Management is great, always willing to answer questions and prompt with replying to you. Of the few problems I had they resolved quick and easy. This is one of the best places I’ve lived while at school in Rexburg. I’d recommend it.
Excellent complex. Cheap as can be but still has awesome apartments. Stainless steel appliances, new and modern laundry in every apartment. Our manager is amazing! She really cares and loves it when residents hang out with her. The Roost is amazing and I will live here until I’m married.
