I've loved the Roost. The quality of living here is great. I've loved having the flat screen TV in the apartment. Walls and doors are thin, so you can hear things going on in the living room. The kitchen is average sized and can comfortably fit two at once. The management is where this place strikes gold, though. On multiple occasions, Kelly (manager) has been available to answer questions and respond to concerns. I've seen her and her husband respond to late-night calls on various occasions. One of the most quality complexes I have stayed at with excellent management. The price is great for the quality of living you receive here. Anytime we have had an issue with something breaking in our apartment (which has not been very often), we received a prompt response from management and had somebody in to take care of the issue within a day. They’re quality, comfortable apartments and the management is very involved and cares about their tenants.
I have absolutely loved living here at the roost this semester! The Management cares so much about their residents and wants us to be happy. They are quick to fix any problems that might arise. The apartments are The perfect size for a college apartment. The ward is incredible! I will definitely be staying here again in the fall:)
I will never tell anyone to live here. I would describe living at the Roost as hell. No cleaners came in between semesters, so we can expect every damage charge to be the current tenants fault. Let’s hope that nothing breaks because it doesn’t matter who is at fault, everyone will be charged. The apartments are small and hopefully only one person wants to be in the kitchen at a time because there’s only room for one. It’s cheap because it’s garbage, the apartments and the management. The Roost has been my favorite place I have lived since I’ve been living in Rexburg. The complexes have a nice layout with perfect amount of living space for everyone! I love Tayviah and Brock (the old managers) and the new manager Kelly is such a sweetheart. They all ensure their tenants are happy and more than satisfied! They also try their best to maintain great relationships with their tenants. I highly reccomend The Roost! The people who live here are wonderful, too(:
This place is definitely the best apartment complex out here! The apartments are up to date and homey and the ward is great, but the best part is definitely the apartment managers! Brock and Tayviah are much more like older brother and sister than manager and will go way out of their way to make the residents happy and usually end up becoming a couple of your best friends. The roost is probably gonna be the thing I miss most about Rexburg if I ever survive through school and leave haha
Best management in Rexburg!!!! I've been working with tayviah all year and she has been amazing. Very caring to her tenants and very involved.
