Several awesome factors meet here: amazing managers, nice and comfortable apartments, and fantastic people. Just the hallways need carpets or something to make it feel cozier, but that's a detail. I had a great time at the Roost!
BEST apartment complex that I have lived in since I got to Rexburg! The managers are so nice and friendly, and they really make an effort to get to know all of their tenants! Managers were on top of maintenance, so things go done really quickly. I LOVE the ward here! Everyone here is so friendly and down-to-earth, and it's really nice how the entire Roost is one ward. The apartments are small and cozy, and brand-new furniture! The TVs are massive (but I'm not complaining!). The only thing I didn't like was how thin the walls... read more
I loved living here, the ward was way fun and the management was excellent! They're always willing to work with you and they sincerely care about the tenants. If the Roost had been around, I would have lived here my whole time at BYU-I.
Simply the best place, under the best management, with the best feeling of belonging that BYU-I Housing has to offer. There is a reason this place is always sold out.
