Rung 65 times on the 11march 32 times on the 12 march but couldn't get through to anyone, they must take the phone off the hook. I pay alot of money in taxes for a service I can't use? It's about time they gave you a choice to pay tax into the NHS or keep your tax money to go private.

I joined this practice back in the 90's when I moved to Ashingdon and always received excellent service. When I moved out of Rochford to Shoebury in Southend, I was shocked to note that most of the doctors in that area had long waiting lists, doctors were retiring and could not find one that offered the same service.
