Attended the venue for a meeting and was treated to prompt friendly efficient service, clean airy well maintained building
Really bad they say they help and there are there for tenents but when it comes to helping a disabled women to make garden safe to go in they refuse, dont even deserve 1 star.
Since I moved in to a riverside housing association home the estate manager has went out of her way to help my wife and I and when we have had to phone them the staff have always been polite our homes may be dated but they always keep on top of our repairs
Pleasant manager showed me around Freshfield Court and flat was nice. The price at well over 800 pcm in the roughest part of Carlisle far too much. I cannot understand how older people are placed in areas where they can be at risk , particularly in the evening. Shelter Housing surely should a nice environment for your retirement. I thank the manager ,credit to her but Riverside need to have some escapism for older people not in the Bronx of Carlisle.
Have a new build property that was originally managed by impact housing, any problems were sorted quickly and efficiently. now that riverside run there hopeless , kept hanging on phone for ages, repairs are carried out by clowns. My recent repair report was that my back door would not lock so property was insecure, Riverside decided to send someone out to fix it with a piece of 4x2 wood to jam handle in place. Until the part was ordered which took a week. What a Joke!!
