My family and I have been living at the River Lofts for almost 8 years. We're happy here.
***WARNING THIS COMPANY USES EXTORTION TACTICS TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM FORMER RESIDENTS*** I would give this community a zero star if I could but it won't let me post without adding at least one star. Plain and simple, the owner of this complex - Forrest City - will try to collect fraudulent charges for bogus items after you move out. They keep every sent of your "security deposit". I love living at River Lofts mainly because of the location! Close enough to walk just about anywhere I need, but far enough away that it's not crazy loud! ...unless you don't like the sound of trains! I happen to love the sound! Management office folks are terrific. I've been here over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences with management, maintenance, and security staff! I highly recommend River Lofts! Oh...and it's a great value for downtown space and amenities!
