Although I like the apartment and location management is unresponsive regarding repairs, even major ones. I have a window that falls out if I try to open it with a broken blind. Despite requesting repair/replacement for 6 months now, nothing. I always get my rent reminder though! I have fixed a couple of things myself.

I have been trying to reach them for 1 week! Office hasn’t answered the phone for 1 week.I have left so many voicemails and messages and no one will return my call. Called 4 different numbers and have tried everything. This is really weird since I they have to give me a refund and are avoiding me and I also need more information about renting here. Why won’t you guys return my calls?

Packages continue to be stolen from our mail rooms and management does nothing about it. Packages are supposed to be delivered to the management office, and if for some reason they are not, then staff is supposed to do a sweep of the buildings to obtain packages in the individual mail rooms due to everything constantly being stolen. When you try and post on the apartment online community wall about it, management denies the post so others can’t see you’ve had things stolen. I have never taken the time to write a review, but this place is run so terribly that it honestly astounds me. The power goes out weekly for no reason, complaints are not addressed, the service is abysmal. Do not live here unless you have absolutely no other option.

The first year living at the River Lofts was great. Unfortunately after the 2yrs mark the property doesn’t address the complaints of noise at the pool (heavy loud music). Constantly issues with the hot tub. BBQs never cleaned or work. Gym area not all equipment work properly. Dealt with mold on my furniture and destroyed partial of my wardrobe. Even when all these issues were addressed I am still waiting for my dehumidifier to be sent as they promised! Since 2017-2019 we had lots of cars broken in and my car was recently van... read more

Moved in two months ago and have loved every minute of it. Jackie in the leasing office was amazing and the management office are friendly and extremely helpful. All of this on top of a lovely high ceiling loft apartment. Made the move to Richmond easy.

while the staff was nice nothing was ever fixed. the ac leaked and damaged the floor. it also made the apt stink.

I am a current resident and moving out due to the lack of maintenance. My apartment has been leaking in several areas for more than 3 months. There is obviously mold in the walls from it, due to my health issues that have caused me to flee the apartment. I have no lighting in the living room because no one will replace the bulbs and ceilings are too high. I’m building a website, for now it is to send to management and corporate in response to these issues. Please contact me if you would like your issues added.
