Great place to live while I search for a house in the city. Maintenance requests are finished professionally and quickly. The entire experience has been a breeze.
My apartment always smells like cigarette smoke. I've put in complaints and nothing is done. When is rains my ceiling leaks. I've put in a request multiple times, but it always comes back.
This is the first apartment I've lived in as a college graduate starting in the professional world, and it is absolutely perfect. Maintenance is very responsive, and the location is ideal, with awesome restaurants and bars all within walking distance (not to mention some cool historical sites). I plan on staying here for the next few years for sure.
I sold my suburban home last fall and moved to The River Lofts. What a great move that was for me!! Rental agents here are the best and really want you to enjoy all of the amenities available to renters. Maintenance staff is very responsive, polite and respectful. The management is always working to make sure residents have the best living experience possible. The area is beautiful - love being close to everything that is downtown and the river.
