lived here for a year I love the brick wall and the staff at the leasing office. things get done quite quickly...everyone pretty friendly in the building and neighbors.

I moved into the River Lofts about two months ago, and so far my roommate and I have had a great experience. Maitenance was very quick to help us and the management office has been very receptive. My only complaint would be that the management office closing at 5:30 most days can be a big frustrating for those of us that work a bit later. But I understand that that can't always be helped. Other than that, living at River Lofts has been a good experience!

Overall a good place ! You have to fight your battles when you want requests done but if you go to the front desk (all nice), they will make sure everything gets done for you. Love the maintenance guys ! Now that Casey is gone, management isn’t bad either � . Everything is within walking distance and it’s seriously a beautiful area to live in. Unfortunately, I am moving to Indy, so I’ll be moving out soon. I will truly miss where I currently live. My apartment is the largest one bedroom and I love it .
The staff is wonderful! Sasha helped me find exactly what I wanted. They host really cool community events and the other residents are fantastic. I've lived here for over two years and love it. Highly recommend.
I have lived at the River Lofts for almost three years. The community is so beautiful with many amenities such as a pool hall, movie theater, two pools and three gyms. The unique and spacious floor plans and amazing neighbors makes this an amazing place to live.
If you're thinking about moving to the River Lofts, stop thinking and just do it. 1) You will love the staff. 2) You will love your apartment, which will somehow feel new yet vintage at the same time. 3) You will feel safe and loved at all times. 4) You will enjoy the location. 5) You will thank me later.
My boyfriend and I have lived at the river lofts for a year now and couldn't be happier. We plan on staying here for the remainder of our time in Richmond. We live in a beautiful loft with huge windows and brick walls that is very unique to the area. The maintenance staff always responds quickly to any requests and the management is friendly and will happily listen to complaints/suggestions and will work diligently to make sure your living experience is everything that you want it to be!
