Thank you Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe Hotel for making dreams come true! The staff and all service personnel were outstanding. Most days you walk into a business and people are grumbling with bad attitudes and you can tell they don't like their jobs. But everyone from the maids, Bellhops, servers, bartenders, management, were cheerful and friendly! Whatever you asked for, they never said no they always figured a way to get you what you wanted, it was unbelievable! I highly recommend to anyone who's ever looking for a destination... read more
An awesome evening with awesome folks in a beautiful setting with friendly and most accommodating service‼️
The front desk service was phenomenal and the concierge was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the best places in and around the resort. Jeremy and Parker were incredibly helpful in getting all of our bills and questions answered. Joanne in the spa took so much time out of her day to help us and answer any questions we had. The night auditor also brought us up additional robes and water bottles while we were in the living room relaxing!
Amazing two nights with my two kids 5/7. Wonderful staff and amazing food. Very impressed... enough to become a loyal patron of any Ritz property.
Drinks and s’mores are a must!!! The hotel staff are so nice and the atmosphere is so positive and stunning!!
