Great food. Awesome views! Highly recommend to those who want a fine dining experience.
Exceptional service,views,beds and room service food was way better than the main restaurant. The backyard bbq next to the pool had exceptional food as well. We stayed in room 580, it was a upper corner room with wrap around windows and a fireplace.
Dinner experience was amazing! Food was beyond compare! Evening was as close to perfect as it could have been! THEN disaster hits! We go to the Valet to get our car and drive home and the valet people somehow sent our car key home with another car! Thank goodness the owner of that car called and said there was an extra key in their car! The valet person had to drive to that persons house and get our key! We waited on the lobby for 95 minutes at 11:00pm for our key to go home! Needless to say our evening ended on a very sour ... read more
Classic Ritz-Carlton, with a mountain-touch of lake Tahoe's environment. Pretty much the best option on this part of the north.
We had the best checking in experience we've ever had. Everyone has been very friendly and gone out of their way to be helpful. It was our first visit to Tahoe and we received excellent advice and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We went with a club room and it was totally worth it. Full breakfast, and amazing food throughout the whole day. We are thrilled and can't wait to come back. Definitely a more laid back atmosphere but it totally suits the location.
This was the worst level of service I've experienced from a "luxury resort". It started off poorly and at least they remained consistent. They have a mobile app where you could specify your check in time (we chose 15:00, which is one hour before their normal check in time) and requested extra feather pillows. The room wasn't ready and the requested pillows weren't provided. The front desk staff provided a site map and a schedule of events that occurred on the premises.
