My husband and I went to the Ritz Carlton after starting our anniversary off very disappointed by th e Hyatt. Everything from the moment we arrived to getting in our car with a warm send off and cold waters in our car was above and beyond amazing. Thank you to Keegan for your initial kindness that made us feel so welcome. Charlie the doorman who made sure we where settled in and happy. This was an anniversary experience to remember.
