The worst cheap horrible most backwards place .
No welcome drink, nor water offered Valet guys were great and personable Front desk was not as friendly as other Ritz hotels Room was nice Room view was terrible Gondola ride only on the weekend Pool service was minimal, didn’t help you with towels, asked for help with umbrella and felt like we were bothering him, they did bring water for kids Pool menu was limited Arcade for kids was cute Tent package was fun S’mores every night, gets crowded quickly Cleaning service/turn down was exceptional No pool side treats like other ... read more
I'm still here, beautiful, peaceful scenery, kind and helpful staff. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Food is great too. Definitely coming back �

We love the Ritz because even if the weather doesn’t pan out, it’s still a vacation in itself. The staff at the Ritz are above and beyond. They are happy to help with anything you need- advice on where to eat or which runs are the best for the day. Michelino was a great source of info at the Manzenita bar. Love this place!
