Next time in Tahoe this will be the place to stay instead of just having a meeting, it's paradise.
Excellent Hotel and Jason at the front desk is an absolute legend.
Beautiful ambiance & deliciousness!
Rooms are small and too much furniture in them.... Beds are very uncomfortable...Very little amenities in the bathroom... Not impressed with the hotel at all!! Too expensive & your paying for the name!
Great service I will recommend
No complimentary drink when arrived, valet guys are cool, let’s face it all valet guys are cool. Front desk was good as was concierge they got me an early check in. Tomato bisque is more like Tomato sauce, there was no sign of any cream, to much acid for me. The next day called the front desk, concierge,bell stand all from the hotel phone then tried from my cell directly to hotel, still no answer. Pool is great and so are the various food outlets.

The place is beautiful, serene and surrounded by nature. The staff were excellent. Great customer service! We would definitely love to come back
Beautiful setting, Ritz is always Ritz , no matter where it is always A1 service A1 staff A1 food!!!!
