RecommendedBeautiful setting at the hill top with great mountain view and service, a private cable cars elevate residents up and down the hill, there are many kids friendly playgrounds, wonderful family time

It started out a great trip for the family and then day 2 was horrible. Never been treated in a discrimination way before. I have stayed at several Ritz Carlton hotels all over United states. The hotel manager was very unprofessional and my family did not feel safe or welcomed and wanted me to find another location to stay at. We had to check out early then expected and stay at a competitors.
