We always choose Ritz Carlton for our travels, this location was not up to the same standards as the others. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm after traveling all day and our room was not ready, they gave us a $50 credit but why at 8pm would a room not be ready, when check in is 4pm? Also, we paid over $1000 per night for a room on the 2nd floor with absolutely no view. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.
