Beautiful hotel and views
We always stay at The Ritz Carlton. The resort is beautiful & the Ladies & Gentleman who work there are all so nice. We’re so appreciative of the great service. The environment is so peaceful & relaxing. It’s the perfect place to unwind & enjoy the scenic views of the Sierra Moutains😃
To start off myroom had a blood stain on the covers. I called to have it replaced and they did not show up. I had to call them again the next day to have it replaced and when they finally came in they stated “show me where the stain is, my boss needs proof that there is even a stain”. When I showed them he said thanks and left. Didn’t come back for another 45 minutes and I was required to sit around waiting for them to change out our covers.
