Fantastic Staff in The Living Room...Supervisor is amazing.
Always a great place to stay if skiing. The ski concierge is the best feature. No more schlepping skis and boots and walking a mile to the lifts. It is very expensive however for this luxury in staying here and eating here. Wish they would change the menu in Manzanita more often. Same menu for a whole season? That’s just wrong.
I’m experiencing ridiculously bad service at the restaurant at this very moment! Rude waiters and management. It’s unbelievable that this is happening at Ritz Carlton....
