Service is too uptight..... chronic issue not first time by a long shot..staff is courteous only when you legitimately get somebody's attention especially at the restaurant. Which is too say there never seem to be staff around. Is there a new super unintuitive standard of "luxury " in the hospitality industry that I don't know about,which borders on nonexistent service??????����� Horrible
Very nice and elegant place, excellent service, food and drinks! But we needed to wait 1 hour after de wedding ceremony to get back into the same room for dinner and reception. Too much time standing up, talking and drinking, but too much time waiting for it! Few people were gone!
Katherine and Joy gave my husband and I the best pedis and manis! They were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be going back!
Love this place! Beautiful floral fisplay at the lobby! Loved the pool atmosphere! Love all the mini treats, yummy!!
I loved my stay at this hotel. I will be returning for another night again soon.
