The concierge staff is A++++ they know how to treat clients with the upmost care and respect. And Fearing's has some of the best food in Dallas! Chef Dean has gone miles above the standard experience.
The magic show was great but the venue was too hot, needed to make it cooler
Couldn't have been nicer. Service, food, room, and especially the people are above exceptional.
The hotel has an amazing decor but the Illusion show I attended on Saturday night was a waste of time and money - people were actually leaving during the show . We left after an hour . I would expect Ritz to host some quality events and not some amateur magician.
