Staff was outstanding! From Jaime the bartender @ Rattlesnake, who is awesome, to the synchronized service at our LLS Gala in the Grand Ballroom, it was spot on. The only complaint that I have at all is a pretty big one...you've gotta put an anti-slip coating on the tile around the pool outside. Way too slippery! Saw your poor F+B manager almost fall 3 times in an hour and a half, and many others slipped too. (3M Company makes a great coating that we have around our pool and it's great) But, other than that, superb!
The waitstaff was very professional and friendly. All the food was excelente but the kobe ribeye was indescribably delicious! I would totally recommend this restaurant.
