Every employee was friendly and helpful; the room was amazing; Fearing's food and service were outstanding; the spa and staff were lovely. Be sure not to miss the nightly guacamole and margaritas in the lobby!

This hotel is the paragon of what a 'five-star' hotel should be. Extremely focused on customer service, and delivering high value experience for people, frankly, who are spending $ to get it. I never experience buyers remorse staying at a Ritz; their service delivery is remarkably consistent: I've been to over a dozen different Ritz's over the years and each one has been consistently superlative. Will always go back and continue to try new Ritz properties and offerings in the future.
