The best luxury hotel in the great state of Texas.
Absolutely amazing service, they paid attention to every single detail. Before we arrived we received an email with any special request and the reason we were staying at the hotel. When we arrived we had a bottle of champagne � � and chocolate covered strawberries �! The hot apple � cider in the lobby is extremely delicious!!! Beautiful hotel in a great location in downtown Dallas. Everyone was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our requests.
I had a wonderful time wouldn't mind spending the weekend there it was awesome.
I was there for a financial conference. the venue was STELLAR the meeting facilities were gorgeous, the food was Fabulous! I would never hesitate to utilize the Ritz-Carlton in such a copacity. Special care note. One of the buttons on my sport coat came off, an employee named Donna went above and beyond the call of service. She tracked down a needle and thread.....then, actually did a very good job of placing and sewing the button back on for me. I mean WOW!
