I've always had An amazing experience ! I came last year for my 18th birthday, and the staff really makes you feel like they are all there to serve only you ! I love it here and I'm here right now just for a weekend getaway

The whole place is beautiful. The all staff was very helpful, polite and kind. We were here for a charity dinner so we were exposed to the wait staff in the meeting room area. They were top notch in every way.

Tallahassee Nights Live! provided entertainment for the Chamber of Commerce event on Saturday, August 20. The staff at the Ritz were beyond helpful in meeting our needs. I would like to add a special thanks to the men who helped bring food and items to the Santa Maria I room, the staff who set up tables for us, and to Dave, at the Concierge desk. He is one of a kind, and has the most excellent customer service I've seen in a long time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Absolutely beautiful place for a memorable trip! View is stunning, rooms impeccable and staff extremely helpful! Made our 30 year anniversary absolutely perfect!!
