I absolutely love the Ritz Carlton on Amelia island. I'm leaving tomorrow and I don't even want to go back. This was absolutely the best weekend thanks to my fiance and the whole Amelia island staff I shall return

I feel mid informed and not cared for in typical Ritz style. I had 2 rooms reserved for weekend of 12/31.trying to use my club level upgrades Now after many confusing conversations and disappointed that I was never told of the masquerade ball I cancelled and change my reservation to arrive 1/1/16.
We will be there tomorrow :) The Ratliff's :) SO looking forward to it with our son, dtr n law and sweet grandson
Everything about this place is amazing. Can't wait to go back soon.

Used to love this place and was an annual visitor at the spa, until my friend had her diamond earring stolen from a locked locker in the spa. Poor response from the hotel staff. Beautiful place but don't assume you valuables will be safe.
One of my favorite places on earth! I live for the moment I can go back. Thank you Ritz Amelia!

Beautiful location and well kept property. However, I have noticed that most five star resorts like to nickle and dime you to death. For the ridiculous price of the room, internet should be included. 14.99 per night is outrageous and the main reason I will never stay here again. The room service food qaulity is no better than what you get at a Westin and then Spa has a limited selection. The thermostat is dated, the TV is small nor a smart TV, the coffee maker is a joke, no couch in my room and the bed is hohum. If I pay 3 t... read more
