Amazing place, but it would be nothing without all the great people who work there. They make the hotel home and are the greatest. It is amazing what a smile and hello can do to make your day. The people there need to give lessons to other hotels, even Disney could learn a lot from them.
We spent Thanksgiving at the Ritz and everyone there worked hard to ensure it was a fabulous time! The tree lighting ceremony was a "must-see." My mom began having knee troubles and the wonderful staff searched the hotel to find her a wheel chair and then crutches. Bridgette went above and beyond on finding my mom pumpkin pie. Amazing service!

A magical and absolutely special time here at the Ritz, they really know how to cater to your needs. They treat you like royalty and the Salt restaurant is a must try, you will have a special time and the food is amazing.
