Just left the Pediatrics by the Sea Georgia Chapter conference, and the entire stay fell nothing short of spectacular! We turned this into a family trip in between working the conference, but my little one was kept busy all day! Between the beach, pool and kid activities, she was barely aware that I was missing for a few hours everyday We had a room on the first floor with a breathtaking coastal view. I realy Love that place
Really unhappy with the resort this year and we've been here at the same time 5 years in a row. Big conference here and yet they shut down 2 restaurants even though there are guests paying full price here! The room service food wasn't appetizing, we had problems with gift shop/clothing staff attitude, food/bar staff is either unhappy and overworked or there are not enough of them to get the job done. This is the FAMOUS Ritz Carlton service??? Not sure our entire party of 9 will be coming next year at this rate.
We had a great time here. Staff was superb. Will be going back.

The Spa is absolutely amazing! Great service, therapists and beautiful facilities. I'll absolutely be back soon! Special thanks to Terry, my valet, for being extra attentive and lovely.

One if the BEST vacations we have ever had. Service is impeccable in all areas. Aaron by the pool and Caitlin who took our breakfast order every morning were exceptional. If you want to just go somewhere, relax and be waited on, this is the place. Food was great everywhere as well. Our car to the airport had a little accident in the motor court and within a few minutes, we were in a house car being driven to the airport - no worries at all - they take care of everything. A guest who was visiting for a few days, and I, took advantage of the Day Spa that is offered by the Ritz Carlton. We had a fantastic time and were treated as though we were royalty. The Spa facilities and service were outstanding. I can't say enough good things about our day there. In the evening, we went back to enjoy a wonderful dinner at the new Coast restaurant. It was a quiet evening well spent. The service was "just right" and we didn't feel rushed. I will definitely go back for the Day Spa!
