The Ritz-Carlton was beautiful. The nicest and most courteous staff I have ever encountered. The food was wxcellent and the accommodations were beautiful. There are accessible biking trails and beaches to hotel guests. The ocean views were spectacular. The downtown of Amelia Island is so quaint and charming and perfect for Christmas vacation. I cannot say enough great things. A special shout out to Thomas Seidel ( Call Center) for his great assistance.

Nothing wrong with the hotel per se, but feels more like a cookie-cutter Marriott than a Ritz Carlton property. Expected the service standard to align more closely with my experiences at other properties in the RC portfolio, but have been greatly underwhelmed. Club felt understaffed (not the fault of the club staff). Minimal to no personalized greetings or introductions. We are planning to check out two days sooner and end our trip early. My husband and I had a romantic Christmas Eve(December, 24 2016) at this fabulous resort. The ambiance was romantic and to our expectation. We loved hearing the roaring of the ocean, while sipping on a hot cup of coffee watching the sun rise. The view from our room was breathtaking. We are planning to return for spring vacation. And the staff, our room, the resort decor and food (The Coast) was impeccable❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely property. A must see. Very Kid friendly but can be romántic too. Spacious and cozy rooms. Great ambience. Would definitely go back. Need to check out the amazing fireworks the night before thanksgiving. They also make amazing gingerbread ship. Makes the whole lobby smell divine. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Still enjoying all that the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island has to offer. Thus far the experience has far exceeded our expectations! The front desk staff worked hard to accomodate my allergies to feathers and went beyond to ensure our satisfsction. Shout out to Sheena, Alexandra & Kayleigh! The resort amenities are lovely. The location on the beach is gorgeous. Added plus are the Christmas decorations and the beautiful lighted tree outside made for an incredible view from our balcony last night. Now off to enjoy more sun & sea.
