Food is average. Service in the 8 lounge was horrible. Staff tries to be accommodating most the time

It's a beautiful facility with everything you would need for a wonderful trip. The faculty are wonderful and always helpful and friendly. It's so laid back and relaxing you don't even turn on your TV. Just open up your balcony door and listen to the ocean. Wonderful golf course with a club house too. I would stay again and again.

Excellent service and hospitality! Exactly what one would except from the Ritz!
There was a strong odor of cheap carpet freshener (like you'd smell at a cheap hotel) that gave me a pounding headache the entire time. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
We have stayed here many times and it never gets old. The stafff is unbelievably customer focused and the accommodations are top shelf from the room to the amenities. Special call out to Antonio at check in and Chloe in the lobby bar who took great care of us and engaged in getting to know us.
