Generally a good resort... the valet staff and the bar staff are excellent. They represent the Ritz Carlton name well. Housekeeping... ehhh. Not on par with the Ritz. There were days that housekeeping came into our room and says nothing at all except remove a room service cart. This was disappointing for the stay as a beach resort we needed extra towels and such. I just spent three days here and had a few problems with the room. The front desk didn't come through too strong in addressing them, but a VP called me back to make it right. It's a beautiful property and I will probably go back.

The Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association held the annual convention here. Great attention always from the valet parking attendants, the bellman, front desk check in and room service. The banquet meals were nicely done. The beach, after Hurricane Irma was looking great and I'm sure much effort was made to clear it of the debris that was strewn about after hurricane force winds.
