Loved our Stay at the Ritz Carlton!! The valet parking staff were so friendly and even took the time to talk to us.The bed was one of the softest beds I have slept on and the room was clean.We were on the 8th floor and had ocean view it was Beautiful.We will most definitely be back and next time our stay will be longer than one night�

My husband and I stayed there last night for a company event and I was very disappointed. The staff was very friendly especially at Salt. The room was disgusting and dirty; hair on the floors and ants in the room. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom too was filthy. His company booked a private dining room at Salt for the evening and once again the food was fair. I was still hungry afterwards and the beef tenderloin was extra chewy. Goddess Wedding Ceremonies- I was honored to be the officiant at a wedding at the Ritz Carlton. Our coordinators were friendly and efficient, the ambience was romantic and elegant My wedding couple truly had the fairy tale wedding of their dreams. This is the perfect venue for a wedding♡♡

Great all-star service from many departments. Gym could be updated / enlarged. Suggestion an adult-only main pool area or main bar would be nice, as the pub was closed for private event. Loved the macaw parrot Amelia!! Really wonderful service, location and food.
