Fabulous service! Fabulous views. Fabulous food! Decorated impeccably. I will be back again and again!
The service at the hotel was amazing. Everyone was attentive, friendly, shower helpful, and always had a smile. Did a bike tour and had an amazing history lesson on America beach. The spa services were fantastic and they were able to accommodate us. Salt was delicious and as soon as they found out we were celebrating my bday they went above and beyond to make me feel special. Will be coming back and will also recommend to friends.
So we come here all the time for a quick escape from our beaches in Jacksonville to the beaches of the Ritz. I would give this review a 5 star but only one thing holds them back. The food service in the restaurants is really bad. We have been here many times and maybe its just us or the timing but when you go into any of the restaurants except for the Pub be ready for slow service. This includes Salt. Went for a conference...work paid for the room. At check in, front desk was nice enough to upgrade me to a kind bed on the top floor. Killer view. I would recommend Amelia Island to anyone. Lots of outdoor activities
