We love the Ritz but the elevator was very noisy all night close to our room We up grade it to a ocean view which was beautiful but didn't get good sleep because the noise.

One of my favorite local spots. The spa is where we go for a getaway day. Had a wonderful day there today. Unfortunately when I got home I found that the chlorine in the outside spa hot tub had absolutely ruined one of my favorite swimsuits. It is bleached to death. Not a problem I've had before when at the spa and we go at least every other month if possible. I guess next time I'll have to get a Walmart suit to wear there. I certainly don't want to ruin a $150 suit every time we go to the spa....good ones are too hard to fi... read more

My lovely bride of five years and I were there to celebrate our 5th anniversary. From the moment we stepped out of our car all the way up to the moment we departed. We LOVE, The Ritz-Carlton @ Amelia Island. Dinner at Salt was spectacular. Our room on the ground level with the gas fire pit was an unexpected treat. WE particularly loved the Christmas decorations.
