The property itself is ideal. The rooms are average but overpriced for the accommodations. The staff is average and not well trained. We were definitely underwhelmed. We expected more for the price and from a 4 or 5 star hotel.

As usual, the Ritz Carlton doesn’t disappoint! We have been visiting this location for more than 17 years and are always happy with our stay. We noticed this year that amenities around the pool such as offering fruit, eyeglass cleaning, etc have been added trying to offer guests a true resort experience. We love the Club level with Joni being one of our favorites who has been there for years. We plan to return annually to spend a few days of rest and relaxation as we have in the past. Keep up the great work!
