The service and staff was exceptional. You can feel the genuineness of always trying to help or assist you. The food was great & SALT was AMAZING! My family and I are Definitely coming back sooner than later.

Ordered $70-80 (retail) bottle of scotch for anniversary. Upon check-out realized they charged $493 for said bottle. Yes, I complained to mgt. Yes, they confirmed it was NOT a billing error! Been going there for years. Will never return! OUTRAGEOUS!!! �����

As a first time visitor I was excited about the experience from the moment I arrived the customer service was incredible beginning with Frank at the valet, Teresa and Vilma in the housekeeping department, TJ by the pool and Laura at the pool-bar! With my 3 day stay This was a true five-star experience!!!

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Everyone was very welcoming and made you feel special. The concierge even had cookies delivered to our room with a personalized note for both of our children. Our room was spacious with an awesome view of the ocean. My one and only complaint would be the in room dining service. Our fruit had blackberries covered in mold. We were also charged an extra kid meal when we were told that my youngest ate free. Other than that everything was perfection. We especially enjoyed the bonfire with s’mores. Th... read more

The Ritz has gone downhill since acquired by Marriot.
